• Your nose is abt. 15 cm / 6 inch from the monitor.

• Look at the picture very, very intensive - or better say... like you're looking at something "behind" the monitor - TROUGH the monitor.

• When your eyes start crossing, KEEP ON STARRING!!! Focus on the picture...

• Don't let the surroundings disturb your eyes! Concentrate on the picture - and the picture only!

• When the picture starts shining like a mirror you're very close...

• Once you have caught the image you can move your eyes as if you're looking into a box! But keep on concentrating.
